Let’s Go Fishing


We tow our 17ft. rigid hull inflatable with 90hp. 4-stroke Honda, so she’s always in the water and ready to go. Our Evinrude kicker provides just the right trolling speed for the electric downriggers. Fishfinder, 9ft. Shimano rods, with single action one way drag reels are our tools of choice. Individual swivel seats and cruiser suits assure comfort on the fishing grounds.

Our season begins with Coho salmon May / June in the Gulf Islands, with optional bicycling and kayaking. We progress upcoast to Chinook salmon runs, Desolation Sound, the Discovery Passage and Stuart Island at the mouth of Bute Inlet. July / August it’s halibut, ling cod, red snapper and salmon in the waters of upper Johnstone Strait, Broughton Archipelago and Knight Inlet. September is Tyee month in Hakai Pass, the Great Bear Rainforest and Rivers Inlet. When you’re ready for a change of pace, we’re into crabbing, prawning and oystering, bear and whale watching, hiking / beachcombing, visiting cultural sites, and enjoying our ‘catch of the day. ’ You may wish to have a quiet moment with your partner exploring our evening anchorage by kayak.
